Advice
- Having met or discussed by telephone with the client, we will offer a detailed specification of one or more computers that would best suit their needs
- We will meet the client at a computer retailer and review the available computers and offer an opinion as to the most suited and at least 1 alternative computer available at that time. (Chargeable at €30, but this is deductable from setup service cost if used)

Upgrades
- Memory (recommended minimum for Windows XP Home/Professional 512Mb or Windows Vista 2Gb)
- Hard Disc Drive (including Data Migration)
- CD to CD/RW or DVD/RW(if the computer is suitable)
- DVD Rom to DVD/RW(if the computer is suitable)
- External/USB WiFi Dongle Connection (Desktop or Laptop)
